Do you suffer from headaches? (available in: Bronx)

Researchers at the General Clinical Research Center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine are conducting a study on the effects of a Dr. Atkins-style low carbohydrate diet on OVERWEIGHT MEN AND WOMEN.

Study participation will be for 4 weeks and includes pre-prepared lunches and dinners, MRIs and cognitive testing. The compensation for completing the study is $180.

Requirements:
Around 250 lbs
At least 15-20 lbs overweight
Not diabetic
No claustrophobia
No antidepressants
No history of heart disease (cardiac disease requiring chronic medication)
No weight loss of more than 5 lbs in the last 6 months
No low carb diet within the past 12 moths
OK with fully enclosed MRI
No metal fragments/objects internally
OK with blood draws
Able to come for weekly daytime nutrition and measurement visits to the North-East Bronx (preferably lives in the Bronx)
Can take of 4 days off for study measurements
