Dietary Research Study of Fat on Body's Insulin Metabolism

Wanted: Healthy volunteers who are physically fit. Age: 18 50 years
Screening: which includes a brief exam by a physician, blood tests for diabetes, cholesterol, liver and thyroid function takes about 3 hours.
Study: Qualified volunteers will spend 8 hours in the clinical research center. Measurement of bodys insulin metabolism in response to fat, blood monitoring of sugar metabolism.
Free parking, bus or subway travel.
Compensation: $100 for a completed study.
