1. able to tolerate a cat and occasional dog
2. able to tolerate living with a lesbian woman
3. able to tolerate a clean freak ( meaning if i see a spoon in the sink I will get extremely upset )
4. understanding that I do not allow overnight guests and guests to visit on a regular basis (remember you are renting a room not my apartment if you want to frolic go to a motel)
5. and most importantly able to pay me my rent on time every month.
