Bedroom available in a 3 bdrm apt in a private house with large closest. Come live with 2 female graduate students, one who is a teacher. We're both never home between, school, work, and entertainment. Neighborhood is quiet, across from elementary school, and a huge park with tennis courts, basketball court, baseball field, track, and gym.

Guest are allowed, the room is about 8 x 11. Plenty of sunlight, air conditioned for the summer. The apartment is only two years old, I'm the first tenant.

Just 2 1/2 blocks from 2 & 5 trains- 20 minutes from union square, 20 from penn station.

Convienent, affordable very warm and friendly apartment. You can't beat it. Available May 1st. Email me to schedule a meeting or come to an open house.

Private parking available for $100 a month.
