Hi, I'm a quiet mature engineering student at City College who is looking for an apartment in the Riverdale area. I'd like to be within walking distance of the 1/9 trains, but a short bus ride is alright too (Bx7,9,10). I can afford up to 900 a month, and a max broker fee of one month's rent, no fee apartments strongly preferred. Apartment must have its own bathroom and kitchen facilities. I'm not interested in a share, so please dont contact me about one. I'd be interested in moving as soon as possible, even April 1, so please contact me as soon as possible.
