A nice, quiet young woman seeks either a studio or one-bedroom apartment in the Stadium vicinity. I have a strong preference for the area west of Jerome (like Anderson, Woodycrest, Nelson or Summit) but I am also willing to look at the Grand Concourse and Mount Hope area. I have an excellent tenant history, am fully employed and won't cause any problems like loud music or partying.
