There are two small bedrooms and the rest is open with "living room", kitchen and enclosed bathroom. The loft is on the second floor of two story building with roof access. There is a private entrance for the space. This space is designed for just two people.
$940 includes 1,000 sq/ft comprised of one bedroom, about 600 sq/ft of work space, and common areas. It is nicely designed with a raw feel. The subway stop is one stop past 125th street on the 4,5,6 train in Manhattan. 138th Street stop in Mott Haven Bronx is ideal.
