Fast growing property management Co located in Bronx with buildings throughout City of NY seeking hands on individual with solid background in multifamily apt building management. You must have
1. A car
2. Supervisory experience
3. Speaking of spanish or Chinese a definite plus
4. Knoweldge of building system
5. Excellent personal skill in tenant relations
6. Highly organized & extremely motivated can handle pressure & overtime
7. Have the potential to advance to vice president of operation
8. Solid background of construction supervision
9. Thoroughly understand & can navigate the system of affordable housing...Sect 8 etc.
10. Experience in dealing with HPD, DHCR
