This is available as of APRIL 1 2005 although you have many options here: I will be working on the apt in APRIL. If you don't mind staying there while I paint - then you can move in in APRIL. If not, MAY 1st 05.
On the other hand, if you're a person who wants to not only help me paint but be a "real helpful roommate" you could work with me on the whole thing and at the end of it all, it will really seem like your home too because of your input, [which it should feel like anyway].
I am a female, 30's who ideally would like to live with someone my age...no preferences; just looking for a funny, smart, responsible, non-annoying individual who maybe has good taste in music, maybe plays guitar and is into art and good food. No pets - sorry // definitely no-smoking. (Totally anti- smoke). If you're 420 friendly - that's great, but not in my apartment...so pls move on if you are still in that stage of your life.
