2 males / 1 female seeking another laid-back "female" to fill an opening spot in our 4 bdrm / 1 bthrm loft space by April 1st.
- Everyone has a medium sized ground floor bdrm (8.5' by 10') / and an upstairs (same size) office space (with a built-in ladder) for $500 a month.
- Utilities adds up to about another $100 a month and includes (Direct TV, wireless connection for the internet, gas & electric).
- We live in an artist loft space - the building is industrial and very cool. There is a small privately owned Studio/Gallery downstairs.
- The area itself is very convenient. There's shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and bars all within walking distance.
- We're 3 blocks off the (Prospect Ave. stop) on the (R line) in Brooklyn. Prospect Park is about 5 blocks away and there is plently of street parking everywhere.
