$600 - Sunny Bedroom in Clinton Hill/Bedstuy Pratt area (available in: Brooklyn)

This is a large room for rent basically on the border of clinton hill and bedstuy. The room is pretty large and there's also an extremely large dresser for you to use, and good closet space. In addition you'll have 4 roomates (two of which have their own little spot upstairs, and two who you'll share the floor with.) We have a large cozy living room and a really big kitchen also.

We're all pretty good roomates. We aren't neat freaks, but the place doesn't look like a pigstuy. We're all students between the ages of 19 and 22. We would like to get someone, preferably a student, who is in or around our age group. We like art, movies, independant music and like to go out and have fun when we've got nothing better to do.
