8x9 room off sunny kitchen in fort greene apartment about 3 blocks from Pratt
bathroom is off my room, but im rarely here and a normal guy looking for someone to share space with.
Utilities included, High Speed Cable wireless, VOIP telephone, Light & Gas
smoker OK,,,
room is carpeted with 8ft high tin ceiling and one window
currently has a flourescent light fixture and one electrical outlet,
im a handy single male, more than wiling to expose wood floor or install new flooring as needed, and install a new light fixture you choose with a trip to home depot...
room is off large sunny kitchen, i work full time in manhattan and rarely here,
so im looking for someone trustworthy who will have run of the place...
please reply with as much information about yourself that you can share,
why female preferred, becasue guys are slobs
why student, because i dont want someone trying to takeover the place with ton
