Two private rooms (one large, one small) available for $650 starting April 1st. Large windows look out over a serene, quiet backyard and let in lots of light. It has new hardwood floors and freshly painted walls. Right now a new heating system is being installed.

The apartment is about 1.5 blocks from the Bedford-Nostrand G Train Stop.

You would have two roommates. One has a separate entrance to his room, so he's mostly invisible. We're looking for someone with a stable income who cleans up after themselves and does their dishes promptly.

To move in, I'll need the first month's rent, and a $750 security deposit.
