Hi I have a really nice 2 bedroom apartment located on the second floor of a two story building. There are two bedrooms and I have a room available. I am an African American female, I attend school full time and I work fulltime . The apartment is located in a really nice Caribbean neighborhood where people are actually nice to you.
It's located on one of the major cross streets, so there is no problem if you commute late. (talking from experience)
THERE IS EVERY COMODITY AVAILABLE IN AND AROUND THE APARTMENT SUCH AS;THE POST OFFICE, POLICE STAION,HOSPITALS, KINGS PLAZA MALL, SHOPPING AREAS, DELI'S, MARKETS, CHURCHES, MC.DONALDS, RETAURANTS AND MANY MORE I am a really laid back person , that doesn't expect much from my roommates, someone to be clean, reliable on my rent, honest, non- smoker (at lest in side the premises), responsible person who knows limits on their actions.
