Hello,
My name is Edward, Im 29, straight male. Im looking for a private, furnished with bed room in quiet area somewhere in Manhattan or Williamsburg/Greenpoint or anywhere not tooooo far from Manhattan. Starting April 1st.
I am a full time student from Moscow, majoring in Film Production. Also, I teach a few adorable children basics of music. I'm a non-smoker, very organized and keep my room very clean. Im quite busy and I need the place where I could come and relax.
My budget is $500. Most likely I need a short-term deal (April 1st July 1st), but it could be longer. I would prefer month-to-month deal, however if you need a deposit its not a problem.
