I am seeking a roommate. I moved to NYC last summer and currently live in NYU graduate student housing. I am moving out early/mid-May and am seeking another person to jointly find a two-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn or lower Manhattan. I am a 37 year-old-male, non-smoker, gay, relatively easy going, neat and tidy, mostly quiet but out-going. Preferred roommate is another 30-something, gay or straight, grad student or professional with no dog(s). Ideal apartment is a two-bedroom space in Manhattan (East Village or Lower East Side) or Brooklyn (Greenpoint, Williamsburg, Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope, Ft. Greene, or Carroll Gardens). A floor in a brownstone would be great. My desires to not be too cramped will probably mean locating to Brooklyn, but if a good Manhattan situation presents itself, that would be great.
