Looking to swap my beautiful 55 sqm (1 BR), 550 sq ft flat in central Berlin for an apartment (also share) in New York for June 2005.
My apartment is in Kreuzberg (a mix between East Village, Bedford & Williamsburg), only 5 min walk to Friedrichstrasse, in a great area with loads of bars, shops and restaurants and very close to subway. The apartment is quiet, central heated and fully equipped. I live in the apartment alone, but it easily sleeps 2.
The place itself is newly renovated, modern furniture, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, DSL Internet (Wireless) and lots of other nice things. Public transport is in front of the door and my bike is available for use.
