Can it be possible to have more space than you know what to do with in this city? Well, yes, at least in our case.
We've got plenty more room for storage in the "attic" of our clean, spacious warehouse apt.; and we'd like to rent them out for other city-folks looking for cheap storage either short or long-term.

The space is 300 square feet total; & 3.7 feet tall.
There are 4 areas separated by walls.

17.5 by 6 = $70
12 by 6 = $60
12 by 4 = $50
7 by 6 = $35
300 sq. ft. = $190 ($35 savings:)

Additionally, Aaron (the stronger of us two), can help u move your things for $30 for the first hour, & $15 each additional hour.

There is a FREIGHT ELEVATOR in the building as well.

We're next to the Morgan Ave. stop on the L.
