We are a well established, Medical Supply company. We are seeking a customer service agent to handle telephone sales support and order processing. Successful candidate must be computer literate, well spoken and experienced with handling multiple phone lines. This is a FULL TIME, 9am to 5:00 pm job
Duties to include:
- Improve relationship with existing customers with scheduled follow-up calls and correspondence
- Receiving and processing phone, fax and email orders efficiently and quickly, assuring expedient shipping
- Making warm calls to potential customers/sales leads
- Appropriately handle customer and co-worker inquiries
- Coordinate sales with outside reps and assure they receive materials necessary
- Filing of orders and other pertinent customer information
- Acquire extensive knowledge of product lines available and become proficient with the use of catalogs
Min 3 years customer service expirience.
