Hi -
I've just arrived in New York and am looking for housing. I'm a world traveler, so I don't find the city itself half as intimidating as trying to find a place to live here! I'm looking to pay between $400-$700 depending on location and size/quality of space.
About me:
-I am 25, male, recent college graduate, very responsible and generally clean.
- I am open minded, friendly, and respect personal boundaries, and would like to live with someone similar in at least those regards.
- I am in waitering and education to pay the bills, but my long term goals involve writing and theatre.
-I want to find a safe neighborood and move in by April 1st.
