2BR in Manhattan for August swap in area close to NYC (available in:

We are a respectful family of five that wants a little breathing room in August! We have a great 2BR apt. in a fabulous downtown neighborhood that ideally we would like to swap for something in a reasonable distance to NYC. We can be flexible with dates and even periods of time. Our apartment is close to everything, safe, and a great location. We live in an elevator building with AC and laundry on premises. You can use our parking spot as well in a private garage.
Our children are ages 6,4,and 2 so obviously we are looking for an area/home that is child friendly. We are professional, educated people that love NYC but like a little break from it in the summer. Our children are well behaved, with rules and discipline, but children nonetheless!
