* Preparation of trade confirmations under ISDA for Interest Rate Swaps, Caps, floors, swaptions.
* Track and follow up on missing confirmations
* Maintain detailed log for follow up as well as reporting to Senior Management
* Liaise extensively with Front Office, Credit, Legal and Derivatives Operations
Qualifications:
* Proficient in typing (50-60 words per minute); proficient in Microsoft Word.
* Knowledge of Excel & access a plus ; 1-2 years experience in preparing Interest Rate Derivatives confirmations (Swaps, Caps, Swaptions, Floors, etc.)
* Knowledge of ISDA definitions as it relates to confirmations.
* Self-starter with the ability to work closely with the Front Office and Legal.
* College degree required.
