Provide compliance coverage for Securities Lending and BGA. Candidates will be expected to perform the following functions:
- Provide daily advice to the business unit on all areas of securities lending activity
- Host monthly checklist meetings with senior management
- Create and deliver training on applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures
- Draft and maintain policies and procedures that are applicable to the business
- Review and assist in the design of surveillance reports
Experience / Skills
- Positive hands-on attitude
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly articulate ideas
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently - self-starter, enthusiastic and highly motivated
- 2 to 3 years experience in securities industry; JD preferred but not required
