Support sales organization of the Law Firm Group Private Bankers with their day-to-day responsibilities that evolve around: client relationship management, office management, T&E and other support activities.
Client Relationship Management: Phone communication; mail management; written communications, such as reports, memos, letters; providing assistance with managing marketing mailing efforts; as well as booking conference rooms and setting up conf. calls and client meetings.
Office Management: assisting existing employees with their supplies needs, setting-up new hires and coordinating with premises and technology departments, time and attendance tracking.
Specifications / Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills
Minimum 3 years of corporate experience and ability to support Directors and sales organizations.
High level of integrity and sensitivity to client information is a must.
