Summer Teacher/Counselor Current College Students

The Boys Club of New York (BCNY) is seeking qualified male college students to work as Teacher Counselors (TC) at The Camp Cromwell School (CCS), a summer, residential middle school for boys from New York City. Located on a rural campus in Bound Brook, NJ, the CCS provides New York City students a full program of academic remediation and support, artistic enrichment and social and athletic development.
The qualified Teacher Counselor is an active, successful and hard-working college student who is willing to put forth continuous and tireless effort for 6 weeks to help the development of young men from New York City.
Teacher Counselor Responsibilities:
Live on campus M F from July 5 through August 12 and July 23 and August 13.
Act as positive role models for CCS Students
Live in air-conditioned cabin with 18 middle-school aged boys
Work closely with CCS administration
Help plan and run artistic, athletic and/or social prog
