The Regional Human Resources Manager provides professional support for organizational business initiatives through effective execution of Human Resources programs and practices. This person manages regional HR staff and provides guidance in all areas of HR including staffing and recruiting, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and other HR programs, projects and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree required
Masters degree preferred
5 years HR overall
4+ years HR Generalist experience
2+ years recruiting experience
2-3 years supervisory experience
Advanced knowledge of office equipment
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of HRIS systems
Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of management across all departments
Ability to handle difficult clients, employees and situations
