Seeking proactive team player to be our new HR Coordinator and Administrative Assistant! This is an outstanding opportunity for a flexible and detail-oriented self-starter with a strong work ethic and sound judgment to work with an industry leader. If you possess the ability to anticipate the needs of the HR department and skill in prioritization, then we want you on our team. Responsibilities include distributing HR information to staff, creating and maintaining employee benefits and payroll files, auditing employee information, preparing benefits paperwork, initiating background checks, archiving HR files, and assisting with ad hoc project work as needed. Bachelors degree and 6 months to 2 years corporate experience are required. You must also be proficient in Word and Excel and possess solid math skills.
