Solid analysis, design and testing skills. Good Documentation skills. Bachelors Degree in IT related Disciplines. Pluses: SQL Server Database Admin. Developing Data warehousing solutions, MDS Language and Multi-Dimensional OLAP Microsoft Excel and it's Pivot Table Services.
