Responsibilities for Windows Lead Programmer
Leading small development team (2-4 people)
Reports directly to CTO
Responsible for design, coding and delivery of desktop application
Must Have:
5-7 years experience building Windows desktop applications
Strong background with .Net
Advance abilities in C, C++, and C#
Lead small, high-performance dev teams
Deep UI experience and understanding
Experience integrating desktop applications with web browsers
Familiarity with Xpath, DOM, XLST
Deep understanding XP development approach
Understanding the value of testing, design and code reviews
