RSS 2.0 and XML pro needed for Podcasting Initiative

I am a video producer with many corporate clients that want to use podcasting as a Sales Training and Distance Learning Tool.
The clients are big league and have cache in the Arts and Finance World.
I've worked out the digital trickery of creating the audio and encoding the mp3s.
I need help on the final leg.
Where do the enclosures go so that RSS 2.0 can find it, and how to write the XML tags, syndication etc

Knowledge of blogs and XML/RSS/ATOM feeds a must.
Experience with Audio recording via computers, MP3 devices and encoding for superior sound is a plus.
It is preferred if you already have experience with podcasting and you can send me the information I need to listen to your work via ipodder.
