If your buyer is truly looking for a real source in getting reo portfolios then you have come to the right place with us. My contact is direct with banks. So there is no daisy chain of brokers to go through with us at all. The LTV’s are about from 50% to 70% LTV on Avg. We also have commercial reo’s as well. To get a list you will have to show a sanitized POF’s which your buyers name and bank account numbers can be blocked out on the bank letterhead stating that your buyer has x amount of dollars along with an LOI to get a customized reo list which can take from anywhere to within 24 to 48 hrs to 3 business days depending on how large the reo order is. The reason the banks won’t give out anymore sanitized list is because their was brokers pretending to be buyers and marking up the list and shopping it to other real buyers. Or if you want to do bank to bank POF’s where it goes directly to the bank we can arrange that as well. The min.amount is 15M & up.
