There are lots of "total gyms," out there, but this is the the top of the line--Total Gym XL Deluxe model. It's very heavy-duty, and comes with pilates attachments /tools and other accessories (I paid $200 extra for these), and 2 work-out videos. A little over one year ago, I paid $1600 + another $100 for shipping. By buying my gently used model, you would save over $1000.
It works very well (really tough workout!), but I found that I need the environment of the gym to motivate me. It folds small and slides under the bed or into a closet for easy storage. It's quiet, so you won't bother neighbors.
