This is in a nicely decorated and newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment. We share kitchen and bath. You also have access to living room. Location: near queen center mall, 15 mins walk to subway (V,R,G), 30 minutes by subway to midtown manhattan. Bus stop, supermarkets, pharmacy, 99cent stores all within walking distance. Building has elevators, security and laundry facility. Utilities are included in the rent, except phone and internet. If you want to live comfortably, no messy and dirty apt to come home to, this is the place for you. All this for only $500/month. 1st month rent with last month as security deposit.
