1BR apt. or Studio (with seperate kitchen) for 1 person for $1100 or less in Astoria near Ditmars or Bway/30th ave stops on N/W trains. No more than 3-4 short blocks to the train. Need to move in ASAP(by April 1st)
I'm a single, male, 28 years old, non-smoker, have no pets, working full time as an accountant in manhattan. I have excellent references and excellent credit history.
Apartment must have a real kitchen with full-size countertops (no mini countertops), must have good size closet space, and large enough living room/bedroom for my furniture (queen size bed, big TV, futon-couch, dining table..), must be very well lit with sunlight. No basement/sublevels or 2th floor+ walkups please! Neighbours are important too, absolutely no small children or dogs
