hi. i have 2 clients, one looking for 1 bedroom apa ($950) and the other for two bedrooms apt ($1200)
both afro american female. they aproved for a city program
(not sec 8) that will pay their landlord $950, (one will pay the rest, both have a job.)
the city also will pay 3 month in advance, and also will pay security.
by the end of the first year, the city also will pay a bonus of one month.
