Hi!
Are you coming into the city but don't want to stay in an expensive hotel? Or, do you want to feel how it would be to live in a NYC home? I have 2 rooms for rent in my 1 family private home for $65 per night per room that I am opening up to those who need a place to stay for a few nights or a few weeks. A deluxe breakfast may be served on weekends for a small charge. There is no smoking in the house but you can feel free to smoke outside. You will have your own private room to stay with cable television. The rooms are small but very cozy and each have their own distinctive look. One room is more Vintage where the other room is more Victorian. Both rooms have fish for your pleasure. I decorated both these rooms myself. All your fresh towels and linens are provided. Bthroom is shared. The house is 5 minutes from LaGuardia airport. Ample parking!
