PARKING SPOT NEEDED IN JACKSON HIEGHTS (available in:

I have lived in Jackson Heights for over 40 years and am seeking the ability to privately park my vehicle in a designated and owned area of either a commercial parking lot or, preferably, within the property confines of a private homeowner.
I do not use the vehicle regularly. In fact, it is accessed mostly on the weekends and the occasional evening. So my coming and going from your business and/or residence is not going to be a bothersome issue for either you or you neighbors. I keep regular hours and am not prone to late nights. I am gainfully employed and a fine upstanding member of the Jackson Heights community all of my life.
I own a 1999 Toyota Camry and am hoping to establish a parking location within the next few weeks, if at all possible. I am willing to pay in cash and always in advance with one months security at the outset of the agreement.
