I am an investor looking to purchase, for buy and sell, speculation
deals. Deals below 500K. Not currently looking for a long-term investment
property. Will kindly review any deal, via email, listed below. I will
not consider a property for less then 15% below market, land for more
then 25% of comparables sale price of built house. I've been wild goose chases before,
I don't want to waste you time, please don't waste mine. This is my
life and I am doing it for the long-term. I'll be a client forever, if the
deals are good.
