Have property bought by DAD for us including three other brothers and a sister. Have occupied, maintained, paid all bills, mortgage, taxes, insurance...soup to nuts. Service one tenant for rent to help offset cost. This has gone on now for twenty-five years. TWENTY-FIVE YEARS. The mortgage was finally paid off last year. Have also a much smaller unlived or maintained property abroad. Father past away a few yrs ago. There are four children. Am the youngest. Siblings belittle me at every possible chance. Pay all BILLS, THAT THE OTHERS DO NOT PAY BUT CLAIM ON TAXES like property taxes, mortgage interest, deductible improvements, and depreciation. Have documented proof for years to want to stop doing this and be able to obtain MY OWN SELF MANAGEABLE DWELLING. Tried to get things resolved but sibs keep balking. Want to keep everything at my expense to maintain. Twen
