This person will be the face and voice of the company. He/she will sit at the reception desk and greet and assist all visitors, answer the companys general phone lines, type letters and correspondence, help with mailings and the maintenance and ordering of supplies.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
1. Answer and transfer busy phones, as well as take messages whenever necessary.
2. Greet the visitors.
3. Take care of incoming and outgoing mail, using USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and messenger services. Manage internal and external messages
4. Help with customer service
5. Copy and fax contracts and other documents, as well as distribute incoming faxes.
6. Occasionally personally assist management
7. General office support (coffee, supplies, etc.)

Have at least five years of solid office experien
