Power User
Job Responsibilities
Buyer Support
Coordinating the creation of new vendor records in SAP
Communicating with vendors to get product specs
Fix problems associated with invoicing
Assisting buyers in procuring new products
Responsible for maintaining beer inventory w/correct margins and costs
SKU Creation
Creating and testing of new SKUs in SAP (including FG, RM, SFG, TG, ZALT, UNBW (Promotional), VERP (Packaging))
Adjusting material configurations to proper settings as necessary
Loading new SKU data to SAP
Dropping waves in the test client for new SKU testing
Reporting
Ad Hoc reporting is constant
Generating query reports (SQ01)
Short Reports
Daily P&L Report
Wine Reports
Creating Macros w/VB (for Gerald)
GPM Reporting for Buyers (Custom Reports)
Overall GPM Reporting, Cycle Count Report, Short Report
