We are a fast growing lighting fixture company headquartered in Glendale NY with a sales office & Distribution Center in Los Angeles. We are looking for someone to fill the position of Customer Support/Administrative Assistant in our NY office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering all incoming calls; Handling all telephone and email inquiries regarding order status, inventory availability and pricing from sales reps and customers; Processing Orders from data entry to billing; Handling customer returns and specials; Answering product questions; and General office assistance.
The candidate must have the following skills and qualifications:
2 years of work experience in a similar customer/rep support environment
Excellent customer service skills, and problem solving abilities
Perfect telephone etiquette and able to handle all inbound calls professionally
Able to multi-task, prioritize and work well unde
