I own a brick Barn 54 miles from GW Bridge & want to start a Art school for
people who can't aford the 30 to 45K per year to go to School of Visual art or other art schools in city. I went to School of visual arts & its a good school, but most families don't have that kind of money to send their children to school.
Barn is 1500 sq feet on 2 floors 3000sq ft total. Needs bathroom & water. But if anyone dreams of ownership as well as teaching their contact me & we can discuss idea. Im in MMODERN ART &Have won over 100 graphic awards & well known in Magazines as well as own The Rx Club awards. Lets talk if interested in joining.
