I would like to start a running group for runners in the rye/harrison/ryebrook/mamaroneck area, who are 21 and older.
if you are interested, email me with answers to the following questions:
What days and times you would like to run
Your level of fitness - how far you'd like to run for each workout, the mile pace at which you'd like to begin
If you would prefer to run roads or trails
If you are training for any particular race/relay or if you would like to begin training.
Also, please let me know if you have any coaching experience and/or if you have a great running route that is safe and would work for a group.
