Looking for an easygoing professional to share a bright sunny home in Bronxville. Great location. 4 min walk to the train station. 30 min commute to Grand Central Station. Close to the local coffee shops, markets and restaurants.
Available unfurnished room is 9' x 10' 8" and is located on the 2nd floor with a bathroom across the hall. Kitchen, dinning and living rooms also on this floor.
I am a male finance professional and occupy the 3rd floor master bedroom. The 2nd bathroom and 3rd bedroom are located on the 3rd floor. I am considering setting up the 3rd br for occasional guests.
House is very sparsely furnished since I have recently moved here from the west coast.
$1050/mo cable and utilities included. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. No parking, but nearby parking can be arranged with the Bronxville Town Hall. Month to month lease with 60 days notice. $1000 deposit.
