$900 / 1br - Equestrians: 3rd flr suit in farmhouse on stable property (available in: Westchester)

I have a gorgeious 3 story farm house on a working equestrian farm right behind woodbury commons. Roommate is moving out of 3rd story suite (bath, bedroom, closet, etc) and looking for someone new to move in. House has huge kitchen, living room, basement with washer dryer, office and my bedroom on second floor, and the third floor would be all yours! I can offer it furnished or not, the rest of the house is furnished.

This would be a great weekend getaway... especially if you like shopping, hiking, horse back riding or even competitive riding. If you have a horse, you're welcome to move him to the barn (gorgeous, indoor, grand prix field, etc).

I take the train into Manhattan during the week (about an hour and 15) or sometime drive (hour).

Start date is flexible, april 1 would be ideal tho.
