Summer is almost here! You can change your life by eating healthier and working out. Why wait?
I have been a certified personal trainer and aerobics instructor for 6 years who would love to show you how to get fit and be healthy. I do nutrition consult and personal training. I can show you how to cook healthy and even accompany you on a trip to your local supermarket and health food store. I am also a counselor with a master's degree who can help you with stress management.
