Fortune 500 company seeks Admin / Receptionist for Corporate Headquarters. Receptionist duties will include answering phones, greeting visitors, directing calls to appropriate individuals, etc. Administrative duties include supporting the management team (5 individuals), making travel arrangements, scheduling conferences, working on projects as needed and performing general administrative duties. Qualified candidates will possess STRONG MS Office skills (emphasis on Word and Excel), be polished and professional, have pleasant phone manner, be eager to take on new tasks and grow in a great professional environment.
