Our client is seeking an Area Parts Manager for their Regional Consulting Center group located in a corporate headquarters.
The RCC Group serves as the primary source for dealerships in the region to initiate field contact issues across all divisions and brands, including parts and accessories. On a day to day basis, this position will consist of handling inbound and outbound calls from dealerships in an assigned territory professionally and promptly. The candidate will be required to become knowledgeable of the companies Parts policies and procedures and be able to convey and educate dealerships on key programs in their areas.
Must have a college degree. Customer service experience either over the phone or face-to-face is preferred. Must have the ability to make educated and precise decisions to positively impact the company.
