A leading financial services firm seeks a Client Solutions Administration Associate for their Westchester office.

Job Description:

Work directly with the office of the Chief Administrative Officer of Client Solutions in supporting senior managers responsible for the firms retail product offerings, marketing and sales efforts, asset management services and investment strategy.

Demonstrate analytical capabilities by working closely with Controllers in tracking sales, revenues and assets, reviewing monthly P&L summaries, managing expenses, developing quarterly business reviews, and participating in annual business planning and budget processes.

Work with business sponsors in prioritizing systems initiatives.

Coordinate divisions Business Continuity Plans (including maintaining call trees, communicating emergency procedures and understanding/preparing Day/Week One requirements).
